Account Manager

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine has immediate full-time career openings based in its Ramallah headquarters for Account Managers.

Account Managers are responsible for managing the relationship with current customers, address and propose solutions to fulfil their needs, educate customers on how Bisan ERP can benefit their business through needed training and/or implementation. Make sure that customer requests are fulfilled and all tickets relating to customers are resolved in a timely manner.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum BA degree in a Business-related field with basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.  Essential skills include but are not limited to, a good command of English, good communication skills and a pleasant personality.  Previous experience in Account Management is a plus.

Marketing Manager

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Marketing Manager to manage and oversee the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in line with company’s vision and objectives. Maintain revenue growth. Research customer needs and bring forth market opportunities. Work closely with product management to provide market needs analysis & business development opportunities. Manage company communication channels and PR. Develop customer retention and customer experience strategies in alignment with overall company vision and mission.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop annual marketing plan and raise brand awareness.
  • Manage the day to day marketing department operations and plan implementation.
  • Conduct continuous market research and provide analysis of market needs and landscape.
  • Conduct continuous market research on competitive activity.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of customer behavior and feedback.
  • Develop business proposals.
  • Ensure products are accurately positioned to win target segments.
  • Develop revenue growth plans.
  • Ensure product pricing is strategic set.
  • Plan and implement promotions/ campaigns.
  • Prepare content for communication purposes such as (website, social media, advertising, and release notes).

  • Manage department budgets.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns, and measure result.
  • Develop marketing materials per segment needs.
  • Help manage new product release and promotion.
  • Develop and manage all materials for product release and upgrade.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in marketing field
  • Experience in team management a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results oriented
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
  • Be creative and innovative in utilizing marketing tools.
  • Be able to handle a heavy workload, while under time pressures, without sensitivity to stress.

Web Edition Developer

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for Web Edition Developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Translate Client Interface to Web Version for all existing applications and modules.
• Designs and develops application extensions and new modules.
• Design, develop and implement User Interface for the Web Edition and other existing applications and various solutions
• Works on one or more development projects of small and large complexity at the same time.
• Translates business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules.
• Develops software application modules using disciplined software development processes.
• Tests and implements application modules from multiple systems that he/she and/or the team has developed or modified, ensuring application meets the needs of client and business.
• Provides design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per specifications; occasionally responsible for writing moderate to complex design specifications.
• Participates in project planning sessions to analyze, develop requirements, and make recommendations for moderate to complex systems.
• Makes moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with specifications and standards.
• Documents designs, mockups and written code.
• Work closely with other teams on debugging of existing code.
• Code Review.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
• Knowledge in object oriented design and object oriented programming.
• Experience developing in JavaScript, HTML and related web client frameworks.
• Experience using SQL database programming a plus.
• Knowledge of Sencha framework is a plus.
• Knowledge in Windows, UNIX, Web and Mobile environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above average command of the English language.

Database Administrator

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Database Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish, maintain and implement policies and procedures for common database tasks such as installation, upgrade, capacity planning, backup, recovery, migration among others.
• Ensure performance, security, stability and availability of databases.
• In charge of Database design, implementation, deployment and tuning.
• Monitor database server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary.
• Troubleshoot MySQL performance & non-performance related issues.
• Document data standards, policies and procedures, and data dictionary definitions.
• Ensure the data produced and stored in the databases is not corrupted.
• Constant updates to keep up-to-date with ever-changing computer technologies.
• Integrate new products into the system and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data produced.
• Configure database server settings.
• Document installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to and help maintain an up-to-date manual

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
• Two years minimum experience in MySQL clusters.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems.
• Knowledge of common Internet applications including, FTP, mail readers, and www browsers.
