Implementation and Training Professional Back

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for an Implementation and Training Professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement Bisan ERP for new customers through applying their internal workflow, processes and procedures.
  • Train all involved users on the features and capabilities of the ERP and the purchased modules.
  • Implement new modules purchased by existing customers and provide full training on functionality.
  • Take customer and support requests by phone, email, task and detailed follow-up.
  • Participate in the analysis of new modules and/or features.
  • Run manual testing for new features, modules, unusual cases and resolved bugs.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Holding Jerusalem ID.
  • Above-average command of the Hebrew language.
  • Be willing to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
