Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time opening for an Implementation and Support Professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement Bisan Solutions for new customers by applying their internal workflow, processes, and procedures.
• Train all involved users on the system's features and capabilities, including purchased modules and add-ons.
• Implement new modules purchased by existing customers and provide full training on functionality.
• Take customer and support requests by phone, email, task, and detailed follow-up.
• Participate in the analysis of new modules and/or features.
• Conduct implementations outside Palestine, which involves travel.
• Run manual user acceptance for new features, modules, and unusual cases, and resolve bugs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Holding a Jerusalem ID.
• Above-average command of the Hebrew language.
• Above-average command of the English language.
• Be willing to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be willing to travel worldwide.
• Have a retentive memory, attention to detail, and accuracy with numbers.
