Customer Support Representative Back
Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Customer Support Representative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries.
- Train new users on Bisan ERP Applications.
- Take customer and support requests by phone, email, chat, tasks, and detailed follow-up.
- Find existing solutions and workarounds using the company’s knowledge base, documentation, and own investigations.
- Reproduce customer’s bugs on the company’s system.
- Contribute to manual testing for applications as per the company’s testing strategy.
- Collect customer requests and suggestions for system enhancements and new modules.
- Work together with other groups in the company to find appropriate solutions for the requests.
- Maintain a call tracking system and document all calls as per company policy.
- Document all tasks, actions, and daily activities and update all customer information.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Above-average command of the English language.
