Customer Support Representative Back

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Customer Support Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Train new users on Bisan ERP Applications.
  • Take customer and support requests by phone, email, chat, tasks, and detailed follow-up.
  • Find existing solutions and workarounds using the company’s knowledge base, documentation, and own investigations.
  • Reproduce customer’s bugs on the company’s system.
  • Contribute to manual testing for applications as per the company’s testing strategy.
  • Collect customer requests and suggestions for system enhancements and new modules.
  • Work together with other groups in the company to find appropriate solutions for the requests.
  • Maintain a call tracking system and document all calls as per company policy.
  • Document all tasks, actions, and daily activities and update all customer information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Above-average command of the English language.
